Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through our website:
- Contact form: your name, brand name, email address and message.
- Free call request form: your brand name, category, current UK retail status, monthly unit sales range, the retailer you would like to be stocked in, your name, email address and phone number (optional).
- Emails and calls: anything you send or tell us when you contact us directly.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to arrange and prepare for a call, and to discuss working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Our legal basis
We process your information because you have asked us to get in touch with you or to take steps towards working with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), a form-handling service, and by our email provider. These services process your information on our behalf and may store it outside the UK, using appropriate safeguards. We may also share your information with professional advisers or where the law requires it.
Fonts and cookies
Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together, in which case we keep it as long as is needed for the relationship and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. Email jess@julesmg.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
